Due to the immediate digital nature of newsletter sponsorships and tool directory placements, paid promotion fees are generally non-refundable once the promotion has gone live.
If your tool submission is rejected or cannot be featured due to technical issues before publication, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method via Paddle.
